Remember, they pay for 5 referral levels. So, let’s say you refer 5 who each refer 5 and so on:
Level 1: 5
Level 2: 25
Levle 3: 125
Level 4: 625
Level 5: 3125

By referring 5 customers, and they all manage to get their own 5, you’d end up with 3,905 customers so you’d make $3,905.00 per month, minus your membership fee of $10.00 = $3,895.00 in profit each and every month. Oh and by the way, you are not limited to 5 customers on your first level; each level is unlimited! So if you refer 25 members in your first level and they all only refer 3, you’ll end up with an organization like:

If you have any experience recruiting team members, you know that the hardest part about building is keeping them actively involved. Team Retention
The key to success is team retention. If you refer a few customers to GDI, will they succeed at referring their own customers? In order to have 5 levels of consistent growth, your referrals must be able to grow their own teams. This is where the Dream Team Formula (DTF) comes in!
When you refer new people to GDI through the DTF, they go into your downline through 5 levels and then starts over so that you can build a 5×5 organization. The DTF scripts intelligently place your new GDI sign ups in a straight line (vertical spill over) until your first leg reaches 5 deep before moving on to the 2nd leg.
You won’t be the only person doing the recruiting for your organization. There will be other builders in your downline who will be duplicating your method and building their business using DTF too.

When the next person joins, he/she initially is promoting their own referral url. But everytime his/her upline promotes their own referral url using the dream team formula, they too will be promoting the last person in.
